BR 2-26: The Magic Cooking Pot

The little girl sits down and cries. But look! Who's this? It's an old woman. An old, old woman. 'Don't cry!' she says.

I read The Magic Cooking Pot. It was written by Sue Arengo. A littele girl lives here. She lives here with her mother. They have no money. And they are very hungry. But they have no food in their house. One day, the little girl sits down and cries. But, an old woman come here. And the old woman says 'Don't cry!' But a little girl says 'I must cry, because I'm hungry,' 'Look! You can have this.' It's a magic cooking pot. ' Cook, little pot, cook!' says the old woman. And the pot cooks. It cooks nice hot porridge. The little girl runs home. And she says 'Cook, little pot, cook!' And the pot cooks nice hot porridge. So, her mother is very glad. The little girl and her mother eat porridge evry day.

I read this book for the first time. I think this story is very nice story. I think that an old woman is very kind person. If an old woman doesn't give her a magic cooking pot, the little girl and her mother can't eat.
